Amelia Mckenzie
Office Manager
Amelia manages the firm's administrative operations: scheduling, correspondence, document coordination, and the follow-through that keeps matters moving between trustees, institutions, and advisors.
Founder, Third-Party SNT Administrator and Principal
Stephen brings a rare combination of regulatory, tax, fiduciary, and special-needs planning expertise to trust administration. He has worked inside New York State's Medicaid compliance apparatus, audited from the revenue side, and trained in the fiduciary standards used by bank and trust departments — and he applies all of it to the ordinary, consequential work of administering a trust well.
That combination allows him to deliver administration that is documented, court-aware, and aligned with the needs of vulnerable beneficiaries and the trustees responsible for them — while reducing friction for the banks, attorneys, and courts involved.

Direct regulatory experience with the rules governing Medicaid, SSI, and disability-related benefits — and how trust administration interacts with them.
Former Florida Department of Revenue Tax Auditor
Audit-side perspective on what makes a record defensible: contemporaneous documentation, traceable entries, and clear narratives.
