Founder, Third-Party SNT Administrator and Principal

Stephen Stewart

Stephen brings a rare combination of regulatory, tax, fiduciary, and special-needs planning expertise to trust administration. He has worked inside New York State's Medicaid compliance apparatus, audited from the revenue side, and trained in the fiduciary standards used by bank and trust departments — and he applies all of it to the ordinary, consequential work of administering a trust well.

That combination allows him to deliver administration that is documented, court-aware, and aligned with the needs of vulnerable beneficiaries and the trustees responsible for them — while reducing friction for the banks, attorneys, and courts involved.
